Our Story




After 18 years of catering in Brooklyn, co-founder, Jeremy Wachalter, cooked up Tiny Tacos out of necessity. Specifically, caterers face the demand for one bite appetizer vessels that hold up with a variety of fillings and pop in your mouth mess-free.

With food allergies, celiac, and vegans in mind, Chef Jeremy explored traditional taco shells. He realized the need to innovate and created the original tiny, taro root tacos.

Crispier than flour, our grain-free tacos stay true for handheld, hot and cold fillings. Thinner than corn, taro root Tacos enhance flavors and textures with an unintrusive crunch.

Caterers also need variety, that's why Chef Jeremy created our Wonton Tiny Tacos in circle and square. He also developed colorful Masa tacos in delightful colors and flavors.

All Tiny Taco BK variations are the tiniest and tastiest on the market. They average about 1.75 inch long and less than an inch wide. Chefs across the country love them and keep coming back for more TTBK when it's crunch time.
