Our Story
After 18 years of catering in Brooklyn, co-founder, Jeremy Wachalter, cooked up Tiny Tacos out of necessity. Specifically, caterers face the demand for one bite appetizer vessels that hold up with a variety of fillings and pop in your mouth mess-free.
With food allergies, celiac, and vegans in mind, Chef Jeremy explored traditional taco shells. But he soon realized the need to innovate and created tiny, taro root tacos.
